Design, Development and analysis of single Axis Linear Motion control system

• The complete system was designed and fabricated in house
• The mechanical system consisted of linear slider unit, timer belt and pulley system and a rigid frame to hold the complete system
• Maxon motor EC-max 30 was used for the motion
• Using PID control logic the position and the speed of the linear slider was controlled with good accuracy
• Team members: Prasanna, Vaibhav, swapnil, Mahendra, prashanth
